• Freezing: If you freeze immediately upon purchase (at -18°C), it can be stored for up to three month.

• Refrigeration: If refrigerated immediately (at 1-4°C), it can be stored for up to 5 days.

• Thawing: When thawing from the freezer, transfer to the refrigerator one day prior to use.

• Post-Refrigeration: Do not refreeze or consume if stored in the refrigerator for more than 5 days.

• Pre-Cooking: For optimal flavour and texture, take steak out of fridge, remove packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper, pop on a plate and allow to reach room temperature.

We strive to ensure consistency and accuracy in the weight of our products. However, due to the natural variability of food and manual cutting processes, there may be slight deviations. We control these variations within a 7% margin above or below the marked weight.

We continue to support small local farms that use sustainable farming practices and work with some of Ontario's top federally licensed meat suppliers. Our approach ensures that agriculture works in harmony with nature and supports a biodiverse environment. We regularly visit our suppliers to inspect the slaughterhouses, ensuring complete traceability and giving us confidence that the animals are being cared for in the most humane and ethical manner.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please send a picture or video proof to notfreshdryaging@gmail.com referencing your order number and we will either send you the correct item, free of charge, as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item. We will not charge you for the incorrect item.

If you take delivery of a package from us and the (part) contents have been damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge or offer a refund. Subject to the arrival time of the package, if you contact us after 24 hours, we will not be able to accept the problems arising from the transportation.

Currently, the only halal-certified product we offer is chicken. Our beef products are not halal-certified, but we plan to introduce a halal beef line in the near future. Additionally, each type of meat is produced and packaged separately, with thorough cleaning of production tools between processing different products.
